First off thank you very much for your help its much appreciated:). I think im going to go for option 2 because 4k gaming seems to be out of my price range atm, il prob go for 4k with my next upgrade in a few years. cheers :)

id play at 1080p id just buy the most reasonably priced 4k monitor do you have any recommendations?

what psu wattage should I go for? also are there any amd cpus that you would recommend?

as far as im aware its 1080p should get a new monitor later this year, september at the latest in 4k hopefully

my budget is 1600 I will connect it to a tv via the hdmi port and most likely get a monitor in the future.
