It also come up with a message , "media test failed check cable", "exiting intel boot link"

When I exit menu it boots up again and then takes me back to the bios menu

I received my pc 2 days ago, yesterday was the first time turning it on but for some reason it didnt boot up windows 10 it just goes straight to the bios menu I thought all pre built pcs have windows 10 pre installed to it.
