I have two Clevo P150EM laptops (2013). One PCSpecialist (Vortex III). Both running Windows 10 Professional 64-bit, and both have backlit keyboards.
The PCSpecialist required chipset version 'Chipset_W8.zip' (v9.3.0.1026) to be installed before Hotkey version 'Hotkey_W8.zip (v8.0101).
