Within in the uk but next week seems long

So on Friday at 3 am my order went into this stage but today (Monday 6pm) I’m still at this stage on a call with PCS they said orders get dispatched at 3pm so I’ve missed two slots but was told it could be with me next week! How can it take that long

Oh wasn’t aware they where collected on Saturdays, but yh will expect it to be Monday

So my order went into waiting dispatch on Friday at 3:47(or when I got the email anway) so am I right I’m assuming that it won’t be dispatch until Monday as pcs doesn’t work over the weekend

So when I placed my order i accidentally mistyped the email and I’m unable to get to the account with that order or track my order what do you think I should do
