Just click on the battery symbol in the tray. A slider pops up, and I just slide it all the way to the left (max power saving).

So, in office mode, full battery saving and very light web browsing for about half the time, it took 4 hours and 20 minutes to go from 100% to 5% auto-hibernate. I guess the battery is fine and that was just an issue of poorly reported charge by the windows level indicator. :) Many thanks once...
