Right called PCS, very helpful, they checked all the info on forum and remoted on and They also think it may be the GPU so they have set up a rma, fingers crossed this solves my issues and hopefully i can get the gpu out without much issue!

Thats the weird thing, none! This error appears about 4 times on boot, before ive even started any game, anything ive read online its normally due to a game having a mem leak but ive not even got that far
