For my current call; number 8, and 90 minutes waiting so far, I'll be pointing all of this out to them plus my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - 35 days helps one become quite the legal expert on these things!
Apparently DPD UK can't pass simple instructions to DPD Ireland, and PC Specialist refuse to either order directly from DPD Ireland or another courier. I don't want to return it directly myself as I don't want to breach anything surrounding either my consumer rights or PC Specialists own T&Cs...
Consider yourself lucky - I've been waiting 34 days for DPD Ireland to collect a desktop which was broken on arrival. Pictures attached. A replacement is built but they are refusing to send it until they receive back the original. 8 hours + of calls and 22 email exchanges and no closer to...
