So i could cancel now my order from the 5th of January and would not be given a fee and get a full refund?

if you have ordered through finance can you cancel before it gets dispatched with getting a full refund

Yes I have just been accepted but it’s really annoying me I have been in queue for pcs customer service and my phone just cuts 30 mins into it and has happened three times. So I jsut get sent back to the bottom of queue.

Yeah I don’t know what just happened I got really inpatient bought the specification just now and got referred but got accepted instantly the last time. I’m just gonna calm it and call pcs because I may as well wait for my current spec in 16 days production.

I bought a desktop pc on finance ( 16 working days pre production) but I have found a really good price for a different spec (i dont want to ammend) on pc specialist and was wondering if it was possible to cancel while getting a full refund?

Anyone here who has bought a desktop pc recently could tell me how long it took for the pc to dispatch from the start processing date.

I don’t know if I should be worried but I went through with finance on the 23rd of December on a pc and I got a referral and was told I should be told the final decision within 24 hours. I haven’t got anything since should I contact pcspecialist directly or contact the finance company.

Is picking Saturday delivery faster than if I was to pick the free regular delivery option?
