Hi all, when looking at the GPU's i saw this one listed...what's the difference between the red devil and the normal one listed? Just that its branded or like a limited edition 6900xt?

Okay so I ordered a build with an Intel CPU before I was looking on forums, which we won't talk about so I went ahead and made an AMD build:
I'm not 100% about the specs if the 5900x/ 5950overkill or if I need a 3090 which I can't justify the price of the actual benefits for me.
