I don't think I've saw anyone comment who switched over to the 3070 over the last 2 weeks not go into build within 2-3 days, some of which went into build same or next day.
I was getting mixed messages too and switched and built and tested within 2 days. Was on 29 days.
If you can afford it...
Yeah I though that would be the case mate, just got all excited when in work and got the emails and texts until I looked into it properly and was just a tracking number that had been generated
Built and tested on Friday.
Got an email and text on Saturday about dispatch and got all excited, until DPD contacted saying Tuesday delivery.
On further inspection, PCS had just assigned my order with a tracking number so will be auto emails and texts as it wasn't actually picked up by DPD...
Hopefully good news for you mate. I switched and 2 days later went into build.
What day you on?
Don't lose faith if doesn't happen tomorrow, it took 2 days for me and was on 29 days before the switch
Mine finished testing on Friday night, then tracking assigned yesterday (Saturday)
Although it hasn't actually been picked up yet by DPD. Tuesday delivery which is perfect for my lad and the Easter break...
Glad I swapped out to the 3070, can only imagine the wait getting worse with the Suez...
I'll be livid if that is the case.
I didn't want to swap but seeing others go into build after swapping and then chat saying stock supply is getting better for 3070 so I bit the bullet and swapped.
If I have to wait another 3-4 months after waiting 6 weeks so far and the 3060ti are due in next...
So after regretting not switching to the 3070 last week and seeing others going into build after swapping, I checked the upgrade but price was about £150 so left it then checked again last night and was only £87 to upgrade so jumped on chat....
Here’s the advice I was given so I swapped
Was...
So wish I swapped out last week but didn't want to have to wait longer than I had to but seeing everyone going into build after switching is making me gutted and jealous that I didn't just bite the bullet.
Day 27 here now.... but seeing so many others swapping over to 3070, not sure whether to...
Day 26 pre production and as I stated in the thread on Friday, was debating switching to the 3070 and now seeing people going into build who swapped out at the weekend, I'm gutted I didn't.
One thing though, here is my build....
If I click the link at the bottom, I can no longer find the case...
Day 25 here for my lad....
I've been checking in both my account and this thread daily that I've got myself all excited even though it's not for me....
Was debating with myself yesterday to get a PC myself now as it's been well over 20 years since I had one (similar age to my lad now)...
Looking for some advice and help please.
I ordered a full gaming setup PC from here for my 13 year old after getting great advice and having selected one of the builds the posters suggested for me as I have no idea with PC setups and builds. I'm on day 25 pre production now and I've been...
Celebrating my 20th pre production day birthday today!! 🍰🎈🎈😁
Feels like I'm getting that bit closer now....
Been exactly 1 month to the day today since ordering.
Been checking in daily since then.
The PC isn't even for me neither, it's for my 13 year old lad and I'm the one who's getting...
Pop on over here for estimated delivery times....

There is a bit of a wait at the moment, but hopefully things start getting a bit quicker soon.
14 working days here with the (5600x/3060ti)
I'm hoping we are about half way through now and that a bit chunk of people ahead of me has switched to the 3060 and that deliveries start trickling in more often now Chinese New Year finished and other aspects such as Covid restrictions start to lift.
Yeah fingers crossed a fair few have got tired of waiting and swapped out, plus now Chinese New Year out the way then production on the graphics cards and shipments should start coming in even if slowly, should get there hopefully soon enough
The lad bought his own monitor from his xmas money seeing as I bought the PC
He got the Samsung G5 as recommended by his budget and to match the PC build.
