Well in my opinion(and I don't know to much about pc parts) it looks like it doesn't make sens to go 3080/3090 on that MB and with that CPU. Edit. That's what I ment by "balanced".

I will get a 2560x1440p monitor. I will get some aaa games and some warzone/valorant. Hope it will run ok. And about upgrade it looks pretty balanced to me. (Don't think I will upgrade to soon)
