Alright so I'm trying to achieve a balance between durability, noise, temps, upgradability and performance for demanding gaming (like GTA) at 1080p very high/ultra settings at 60 FPS. What do you think?

So, I'm on a budget of around £850 (could go to £865-70 at a push). Some things that are important to have for me:
- Zalman Z11 case
- i5
- GTX 960
- an SSD + a HDD
It's for gaming and I don't need any peripherals. I want to play GTA V, Rust, Cities Skylines, etc. at high settings 60 fps.
