Go into the main forums, select the relevant section - I'd probably select Sales Advice/Desktops or Sales Advice/Laptops (depending which you want), and at the top (ish) left of the page above the list of other threads there is a' Post New Thread' button. - press it and it will open a window to post a new thread

Hi i need help in building a PC/laptop, for streaming i would like to stream from twitch, and im new to building PC/laptops and i was just wondering if someone could help me build a PC/laptop that is fairly cheap but can still stream well without lag etc. I appreciate any help anyone can give me thank you.
