Maybe half a year ago. This started so I repasted but the problem continued. I might add that sometimes it doesn't switch off and rather just goes to black screen. In that time it's almost like the computer is still running the game but all I see is a black screen.

Everything is updated just not windows 11.

6 Months.... I just tried undervolting it by -0.135 and it is still throttling and the same temperature. I'm kind of scared of repasting as so many guides warn a wrong repaste will mess up my laptop.

I've been monitoring temps over the last few days. My CPU seems to be the main issue. I get temps of 90-100 during VR, but no when gaming normally (Witcher Wild Hunt and Heavy Rain) my temps are also 90-100... I'm assuming I'm screwed and should contact Pcspecialist?
