How do I edit the thread?

I was cleaning my sons pc and once I plugged it in it won’t turn back on. When the switch is on, on the back a green light flashes on then goes off and nothing happens no beeps, no leds lighting up. Can someone help me before my teenage son murders me in my sleep!! Specs below howing Order...
