If I decide to go for 1440p build and use your configuration with 2 changes:
CPU - R5 3600 instead of R5 5600x,
RTX 3070 instead of 2060
Will it be ok ? I mean if that CPU won't "slow down" the GPU ? Can I expect more than 100 FPS in warzone on 1440p?

It does make sense. I didn't know 1660s would give me >100fps in warzone but just saw some yt tests and looks like it should do the job.
You have left standard amd cpu cooler so I'm taking it as it's good enough.

I'm trying to build gaming pc for Warzone and other FPS games. Budget is max 1350£.
PC would be connected to oled tv (response time 1.6, input lag 7ms according to rtings.com) for few months until I get proper monitor.
TV is 120Hz so max 120 fps on 1080p or 1440p.
