I have copies of every email exchanged between myself & PCS. Two of them state refund from PCS. As the matter may end up with a court decision, that's all I have to say on the matter. Charge back was not from RBS Mastercard, it was my thoughts from reading various articles on similar situations.
Still getting delaying letters from PCS, this arrived this morning.

I bought a new PC Specialists Desktop PC, Monitor Keyboard & Mouse In late June 2019.
Around Christmas time I started to have problems where the PC wouldn't start up. Eventually after a number of tries over a few hours I got it to start up.
This happened a number of times over the next month so...
I'm waiting for my new PC to arrive, ordered last Tuesday. In the mean time, I bought a 2TB HD & copied all the data from my old PC's C & E drives, which took around 3 hours. So when the new PC arrives I can get it running to my satisfaction, then cherry pick what I want to go on the new machine...
I'm afraid I'm not Tech savvy enough to do that, I'm almost 80 & doing that would probably bring on a stroke. The W7 data will be redundant as my new PC will be on W10. Thanks anyway.
Hi Rakk
I thought I'd buy a new HD as my current stand alone HDD storage (2 x 1TB) is getting full. That way I have a belt & braces if anything should go pop while copying from old PC to new HDD, I'd still have the files on the old PC & hopefully on the new HDD before I copy them onto the new...
I have around 140gb of data on my old W7 Professional PC C drive, & 600gb on my E drive. I want to keep both systems operating until I am familiar with the new PC which will be on W10 Professional. I thought I would buy a 2TB stand alone HD to copy what I want from my old PC then paste it into...
Anyone got or had one of these, It's at the top of my list for a new desktop PC set up. I've looked for feedback in various places, but Amazon only has one comment which I thought strange.
Hi David
I'm in a similar situation to you & have been putting together a spec' for the last 7 days. The difference between us is my budget is £1K & as well as photo editing I edit video, but only up to MP4 class, not 4K. This morning I did final tweaks to my spec' & the price came to just under...
Typo I should have said response. My existing PCS desk top is six years old & on W7 proff', I want to move to W10 proff' & a larger screen, 24" Benq at present to 27 with integrated speakers.. An all in 1 would give me more room.
Yes I appreciate that & I've cut down my requirement in that aspect. It's the refresh rate I'd like to know. I removed the monitor selection from my original video editing PC quote as I wasn't happy with what PCS was suggesting. That's why I thought I'd look at an all in one. I've looked at...
