Just BSOD'd twice (for the first time in a year...), and windows couldn't even manage to write any memory dumps. I will run memtest again tonight, but I think my M.2 is on its way out, I'm also getting stuttering on the desktop from time to time.
I can only blame Windows then, as it happens in safe mode too. When 23H2 support ends later this year I will inevitably switch over to 24H2 and I'll see then if that fixes anything. Computers can be damm weird.
Is there any tests or such I could do to start ruling out hardware properly?
RAM - Tested with Memtest overnight and disabled XMP.
GPU - Temporarily swapped out with a GT 1030, used different cables on my 7800XT
Display Cable - Replaced
Monitor - Checked with a different one

Actually I'm not sure about that, because I use "InControl" to lock down my windows feature version. I only get security fixes etc, and when I reinstalled I did grab a later ISO (because MS do A/B testing etc and staggered rollout this version wasn't available on my last install yet), but the...
Yeah I thought software/windows too, its not the kind of thing hardware can cause, really.
But then again, all I have on my PC is Baldur's Gate III, AMD Adrenalin, Firefox, IntelliJ and Steam, pretty much. For the issue to persist after a complete windows reinstall doesn't make any sense to me.
I got the latest ISO from Windows UUP Dump for 23H2 (build 22631.5116), then used Rufus and installed via USB. Uploaded important files to the cloud prior and reformat/deleted all partitions on my NVME (I only have one drive).
I chose UUP Dump over windows creation media tool because I didn't...
I totally understand that, but it's definitely a new thing thats started because I didn't notice it at all before (and its quite obvious as you can see in the video).
But because the PC is stable under heavy workload, such as gaming, I am struggling to see how any hardware could be at fault...
I can recreate this 9 out of 10 times by resizing a window 5-10 mins after a cold start. If the pc has been on for a while or I've been gaming then the issue takes a while longer to appear. It's very strange.
The fact it happens on the 1030 aswell as my 7800XT (and also in safe mode with both...
