I have a Optimus V 17.3" and my USB ports lose power too easily. I have installed Windows 8.1 on it.
Does anyone know where I can get the drivers as I used the ones that came with Windows?
I could talk to Tech Support but I want to upgrade my drivers first.

I am thinking about downgrading 8.1 to 7. The PC came with 8.1. I have a general Win 7 DVD already. I don't have driver CD's for Win 7.

I have read mixed information on PC and HDMI (not on this site) i.e. HDMI does not always support sound and you need to use your PC...

I have a Optimus V laptop and was interested in using a "whatuhear" facility. When I look at the sound devices and I include disconnected and disabled devices, I cannot find whatuhear.
I know that some PC's simply do not support this feature (I guess it is the sound card rather than PC)...
