Yes that lan cable is connected to my pc. Which works fine. The fiber modem? Is connected to the switch, and the switch is connected to the socket number 5 which is the socket in the room for the pc (which doesn’t work)

Is there a way to see if it is live. We also know that when we tried to connect a ps4 and apple tv to the wall it was also not working other than wifi. The only thing working that is connected to the wall is the main modem (deco?)

Im assuming something called a gateway? is missing when the lan cable is plugged in directly to the wall. I believe thats why the lan actually works only with that little deko box

the deko is just plugged into the power supply. (I’m not entirely sure how this works I just moved in here and that’s what’s at the house) I also factory reset my pc so I believe the only antivirus there is, is the firewall antivirus.

I also tried to connect the lan cable to this device, (Deko?) and it works but if I try to connect it to the wall it does not work. Would you know why that is?
