It seems not. My files came down from the Cloud without me doing anything. Still, I switched encryption off and for the (very) few things I would like encrypted I will encrypt them manually!

OK I made a new installation USB. The one from PCS was corrupted. With the new one the install went OK (with the PCS one it just failed silently after positing the first dialog. Anyway thanks for the help to both. Ticket done :)

The usb came from PCS, it’s not been used but I think you are right and it’s defective

I changed the boot order so that USB booted first. But it just repeated the No bootable Device found error.

I will go and try that.
