Spent an hour on with tech support just now. They got me to take out all the ram, SSDs, graphics card, even the motherboard battery and I still got the same error (Q code 02 and VGA and boot lights on) and now the PC is off back to Leeds :-(
There is a white light on next to the RAM...
See the photo below- the white light is right next to that green one, but was too bright to take a photo without the cable in the way.
Did you buy a monitor with your PC? I'm wondering if they tested it on something really specific that my monitors can't deal with.
I've tested it on my TV (which is 1080) with an HDMI and a Samsung Odyssey G7 which is free out the box.
Any update on this? I've got the same problem.
I've tried connecting the GPU (motherboard doesn't have onboard graphics to test) to two different monitors via both display port and HDMI - nothing at all.
Also tried reseating the GPU, nothing.
Pretty bummed out right now.
If yours is a similar date, that does make be a lot more hopeful!

That's what I think has happened, but it would be nice to have something in the automated message that said something along those lines. Even - "we're experiencing significant delays in answering calls due to christmas, covid, GPUs" etc. That way I could hang up and try again tomorrow.
I don't...
Apologies if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't quite work out where this post would fit.
I've been on the 0333 011 7000 line for 2 hours so far. I've spent easily the last 45 minutes in position 1 in the queue, maybe longer. Is that a normal wait time? What could the person ahead of me be...
