I am finding it hard to access the dump file as I have done what you said on your post but I don't understand how to access them in order to upload them.

I cant seem to gain access to that file , and I am not sure how to access the dump file for it. I am also seeing errors in an application called mmc.exe, could this have anything to do with the problem

So definitely the Ryzen over the intel. I need the RGB RAM as this is the minimum for REVIT.
