For a monitor, I'm using a ve228 asus one, 1080p, 60hz. I probably will get a 4k gaming monitor in the next couple of years, but this will have to do until then.
My max budget is £1500.
What would you suggest for room to grow?
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has any good advice on a gaming pc with a budget of around £1500? My PCSPECIALIST PC was purchased in 2015, has had a couple of upgrades and still serves me well, but I think it is time to move on. I've no idea what is good at the moment for processor or gpu...
I've fitted it in - the spec is a little closer to £700, but he can manage it. He should enjoy games like Rome 2 and the Warhammer Total Wars on this, and even Three Kingdoms I hope!

I was wondering what free game comes with the gpu - I have purchased a pc with a 970 GTX and it has two things listed in my order - Witcher 3 and Batman. I don't have an interest in playing Batman at all, so I'm hoping the code can be exchanged if remained unactivated for a Witcher one? I've...
I was wondering what sort of monitor would work on this spec?

I've had a dell XPS 710 since 2007, and have only upgraded the graphics card from the old 8800GTX to the (old now I guess) 560 GTX. It's handled everything I've thrown at it for years at quite good settings (high mostly), but now I see it can no longer keep up with modern gaming.
These are my...
