I am experiencing the pc lagging for few second randomly for every 20mins. During the lag, the fps drops to very low and the graphic and sound are like slow motion for few seconds. It resumes normal after few second but repeat for every 15-20mins. Any advices for me to fix this problem...

Well, i have tried to run different drivers or links. It finally works...i dont even know which one is the correct one. No matter what, i will order a new cat8 network cable to avoid this problem again. I think it helps. Thank you!

thank you all for the comments. I don't know how to assemble the PC so I would not install any fans after purchase. The upgrade mostly likely is to go for RTX 3070 or better graphic card in the future. Shall I still keep 4000D?

I am also wondering, if I upgrade the graphic card to 3070 in the future, will 650W PSU be enough?
