There is indeed a button on top of the case which cycles them through different modes and colours. That has solved my problem, thank you!

I have an Asus B760-PLUS WIFI D4 motherboard inside a PCS SPECTRUM II ARGB MID TOWER CASE. Using Asus's Armoury Crate app on Windows 11 I can control the RGB lights on the CPU fans and on the motherboard itself. However the RGB lights on each of the four case fans do not show up in Armoury Crate...
