    PCSPECIALIST RGB on RTX 4090 flashes orange twice intermittently and cannot be adjusted

    still starts to flash orange, and doesn't let me control the rgb. restart still fixes it for about an hour

    1440p 144hz, 27 inch. Gaming. Mainly play escape from tarkov, highly cpu bound game. I cheaped out on the motherboard is this a problem ?
