So I thought I needed a firewire as my old Audio Interface was firewire, but I have a new one now which isnt so I now remember I dont need the firewire.

Yeah the case tbh I have no idea about, so will definitely choose a bigger one. I will be replacing the old PC yes, so I can do the windows transfer. In terms of GPU I was just going to move the 1080 over but if I can pick up a much better one for a decent price then im 100%...
