    PCSPECIALIST Fn key darker than others (Vortex IV)

    On my new Vortex IV the backlit Fn key is darker than the other keys. I'm not even sure it has its own light, it may only get light from neighbouring keys. Is this how the keyboard should be? (sorry for repeating, originally posted in wrong forum)

    F9 button sunk (Vortex II) On my Vortex II the F9 button is sunk in by almost a millimetre, do others have the same or should I ask for a replacement keyboard? I have photos but somehow the upload fails.
