Is it possible to use the 7970m heatsink and fan on a gtx 770m if not where can I buy the clamp and heatsink?

iv tired using trixx and msi afterburner but i cant oc my card, iv also disbled the powersaver state. :( advice?

basically getting sick on enduro on my 7970m especially on gta 4 goes from 50+FPS DOWN TO LIKE 20! is there anyway to turn it off or disable it? im currently running 13.5 BETA

I wouldn't know if this is a issue but my vortex 3 "specs at bottom" had been shown to been awaiting dispatch for 3 Od days now, but the website says <1 day. I7 3630qm, 8gb 1600mhz, 120gb Kingston SSD, 500gb 7200rpm storage, hd 7970m 2gb. Plus the extra thermal compound because I cba to do this...
