I don't see the point in this type of memory module for gaming laptops. Unlike the Hyper-X H20 it doesn't even have a liquid cooling system. I'd only ever go for memory faster than 1333 MHz if it has inbuilt heat sink or other cooling device.

After days and days of bashing many companies including PCSpecialist and haggling for discounts everywhere, I've finally selected my laptop!
Vortex II: 17.3" Glossy Full HD LED Widescreen (1920x1080)
Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Mobile Processor i7-2720QM (2.20GHz) 6MB Cache
8GB SAMSUNG 1333MHz...
When you select the processor it shows up as i7 2620M special offer. Click on the questionmark where it talks about the different processors and the 2620M is a i5.
So which one is it?
Most gaming laptops have around 7000-8500mAh 8 or 9 cell battery. The 3800mAh for the Vortex II 17.3 inch laptop isn't enough. Even if I ordered a spare battery I still can't game around for several hours when mobile. :yawn:
I don't mind lugging around a larger lithium battery. Just bring that...
All the talk about PCSpecialist using the best brands for the components but to the average laptop user, unless there's a guarantee laptops bought from PCSpecialist won't break down ever it's all meaningless to someone who doesn't know the difference between one component brand from another...
