After sending my dump files across to Jack, he came to the conclusion that it was a GPU issue that was causing the crashing.
I was advised to uninstall my NVIDIA drivers back to a July version, I uninstalled the drivers using DDU and installed the July version however I'm still experiencing...
Any update on this thread? I've had the same issues of my desktop restarting / freezing during gaming. I have a similar set up to yours, with the only difference being the graphics card which is a 2080 TI. Were you able to contact PCS and come to a resolution?
Thanks for the help and communication, I've sent through an email attaching the application and system logs. Hopefully it's an easy fix since my warranty is due to run out
