You're right.... I do not like that at all. Although, i do have absolute confirmation that my order will be dispatched today (and arrive tomorrow) from Josh. He spoke to dispatch and told me that it would be dispatched today. I need to have a think about what to do if it isnt dispatched...

They are getting rammed with orders right now because they reintroduced Fast-track. I'd say, it should be built today but don't be surprised if they update their estimated build date. Out of curiosity, how many working days of pre-production are you at?

I do believe they operate on a queue system but im not necessarily convinced that its a first in first out system.

ask her what days DPD do pick ups? I heard spyder talking about that they dont do it everyday due to being short-staffed or something!

In all honesty, as much as i am frustrated that it wasn't dispatched today... good things come to those who wait. If it hasnt been dispatched tomorrow then i'll be a tad more assertive in finding out when it will be dispatched.
